What We Guarantee
For one year from your original purchase date, we will repair or replace your sling, free of charge, if it fails due to:
- Faulty stitching or seam construction.
- Loose threads or unraveling fabric.
- Defects in the materials we supplied.
- A sling that was manufactured to dimensions that do not match your approved order specifications.
What We Do Not Guarantee
This guarantee does not cover damage from normal use, accidents, or improper care. Specifically, it does not cover:
- Fading or weathering of colors due to sun exposure.
- Cuts, punctures, rips, or abrasions.
- Damage from improper cleaning, installation, or storage.
- Issues resulting from measurements or specifications that were confirmed as correct on the customer-approved order.

Just finished reskinning the last of my chairs on the deck. Really look good and the two sided slings fit perfectly. My only complaint would be one had a quality issue with seam closure that I identified to the company last year but received no acknowledgement. Other than that, very happy.

Highly recommended. My patio chair slings were shot, but we didn’t want to replace the entire dining set. Working with the team at American was great and our patio set is saved, ready to last several more years. While you need to do your own installation, American is far more affordable than any local option I could find to replace the slings. Installation was easy.

Love their replacement slings. They look great. This is my second order with them for replacement patio furniture slings. The first set still looks awesome years later. Now the other half of the chairs has new slings too. Good quality and super helpful US based customer support. Prices are reasonable. For full disclosure: I hired a local handyman to install the new slings since I am not that handy myself. The love seat is the previous sling order about 5 years earlier and still looks great (just is dirty sorry).

The slings for the 2 piece Chaise Lounge were PERFECT!!! The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. If I need any new slings I will definitely be giving them a call and order. Like I said, the slings were perfect and once installed looked beautiful ! Great workmanship Will recommend this company to anybody that I know that could use new slings

The only reason that I gave them one star is I can’t give them none. I had slings made for two chaises three years ago and had a great experience. My expectations were high to have another great experience. Placed the order on 5/29/25. Paid for expedited manufacturing. I indicated that the seats of the eight chairs varied. I sent them the eight seat width dimensions. Tony said he would send a sample set, that he could have one size to fit all the chairs. I received the sample set. The back fit perfectly the seat however was too lose. Tony said he would send a narrow seat. Received the second sample made to the exact size of the first one, too loose. At this time, they ‘ghosted’ me. I finally received a sample that fit. Then they sent the remaining pieces. Seven of the eight fit, the eighth as too tight. Again, no response. I finally received the last piece on 8/11/25, 11 weeks after the initial order. They have either grown too large that they can’t respond and make a quality product or they are just incompetent.
I will use anyone else when I need to do the other set of outdoor furniture.

Absolutely recommend American Slings for your patio furniture refurbishing projects.
I shopped patio bar sets, bar stools and table, for months. Only things I liked, required assembly. If I was going to have to assemble any purchase, I chose to replace the Slings in my perfectly goof chair frames.
I reviewed all information and tutorials on American Slings website and ordered a sling. Customer service is excellent and very helpful, especially when you encounter the unknown. Not going to lie, removing the original sling was the lion's share of the labor. Once the sling was removed, I cleaned and treated the rail channels and inserted the sling. The sling fits perfectly and i just ordered 2 more for the remaining bar stools.
Oh, did I mention i am 65 years young and a woman? You can do it! Before and after photos for reference.

Could not be happier with my new slings. Replaced 6 slings on 22 year-old Tropitone swivel chairs. Slings were cut exactly and fit perfectly. I am not a handy guy, but I was able to replace them all myself in a couple hours, with no cursing. $400 for new slings beat the heck out of paying thousands for a new set.

Started off as a good experience ended up not so. Ordered one sling for lounger for correct fit which fit good.Ordered two more in same color but after installing all three notice the second two were a darker color then the first. After contacting American Slings numerous times nothing has been done to fix the problem. Notice in pictures the difference in colors.
Update: American Slings responded and issue was resolved. Overall a good experience.

Excellent product. I ordered 3 slings & they all fit perfectly & look great. It takes patience and a few hours on top of measuring, selecting fabrics, ordering, & all that. But worth it to DIY & save money. Just measure carefully, including the diameter of the plastic rod. I picked up a cheap spreader bar for ~$7 at Harbor Freight. Also bought plastic end caps from ChairSlingStore but they only come in black & white. I needed brown, so I roughed them up with 50 grit sandpaper & painted them. Very satisfied with my purchase & would highly recommend this company.

Overall a very good experience. The fabrics arrived quickly and were correctly made.
The installation instructions were 98% there (forgot to explain the clear rod installation step) but anyone looking to do this themselves can figure that out it easy enough. The finished product came out looking perfect- even my wife was super impressed and glad I did it. Will definitely leverage this company again. Thanks

I ordered and appreciated detailed diagrams on how to measure the replacements. I emailed pictures to the company, and got a verify. The replacements arrived quickly and we used video to install. The replacements fit tightly and the chairs are in use.

I purchased replacement slings and they look wonderful. The directions for taking measurements could have been clearer. I installed that sling halfway and it looked like id messed up. I couldn't get it to stretch all the way across the chair. Customer service wasnt very supportive. They just told me to follow the directions. You may need to use a reverse pipe clamp if you don't have a son with seemingly bionic hand strength. I got the slings installed and they look wonderful.

We've replaced slings on about 2 dozen chairs around our pool over the last couple of years, all came very quickly, and all were custom sized dimensions and all have fitted perfectly in matching fabric (Montego Bay), including 2 we just replaced this week. Staff at American Sling were very helpful. I was a little nervous about measuring for the custom slings I needed. They reviewed the pictures I sent in and advised us on what to do. I ordered free swatches and one of them matched up perfectly with the old slings I had. They fit as expected. I received my order a lot sooner than the expected delivery time frame.

My 30 year old Winston patio chairs are of excellent quality and the slings began to fail in recent years. I was torn regarding starting over or refurbishing the old chairs. After researching how to revive the oxidized paint and replace the slings, I decided to give it a shot. American Slings had great fabric choices and their customer service was very helpful, so I selected them over other companies. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to place my order without any difficulty. After receiving the new slings and installing them, I could not be happier.
