Returns or Exchanges

Important Information

• All returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. 
• Chair Sling Stores is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. 
• To process a return or exchange, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from us before shipping any items back. All returns must be received within 10 days of product delivery. 
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Important:

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled and will fall under our Return & Exchange policy.

• Refunds are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise authorized by Chair Sling Stores.

• Restocking fees may apply.

• Do NOT ship items back without an RMA#—unidentified returns may be lost in our warehouse and will not be processed.

Product-Specific Return Policies

Slings & Pre-Cut Straps

• All slings and pre-cut straps are custom-made and cannot be canceled or returned unless we made an error.

• Returns/Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The product does not match the measurements you provided.

  • You received the wrong fabric color, strap width, or quantity.

• If the mistake is ours, we will issue an RMA# for a replacement.

50 ft. & 100 ft. Rolls of Straps

• These are custom-cut and non-returnable unless we shipped the wrong color, width, or length.

• Before ordering, confirm your color choice—request free samples if unsure.

• If we made an error, we will issue an RMA# for a replacement.
